Abstract

With Jiangsu Province as the example,this paper analyzes the relation between FDI and industrial agglomeration,and the factors that influencing the decision of FDI local choice.The findings indicated that FDI and industrial agglomeration had the remarkable correlation;besides industrial agglomeration,the decision of FDI local choice is also affected by foreign demonstration effect(investment level),geographical position,and infrastructure construction.
