International Competition Policy Under WTO and the Enhancement of China's Legal System of Competition

After admitting the tariff and non-tariff issues on trade freedom and market entrance into the WTO framework, the new and more deep-seated issue arises, i.e. the firm's anti-competition act hindering the development of free trade. The existing competition policy including domestic, bilateral and the dispersed competition policy under WTO framework is unable to effectively resolve the daily increasing global competition issue. The topic on trade and competition has been admitted into the WTO vision since the Singapore conference. This paper is designed to analyze the appearance and development of the international competition policy, forecast its future development, and put forward some suggestions on the enhancement of China's legal system of competition.
