Abstract

To enhanced discriminatory scheme for subtyping and traiting back Campylobacter jejuni,6 enzymes were used in 33 Campylobacter jejuni PFGE typing.BamHⅠ is the best restriction enzyme for subtyping Campylobacter jejuni,A dendrogram derived from the combined analysis of BamHⅠ and additional 2 restriction enzymes KpnⅠ and SacⅡ was highly discriminatory.
