Analysis of Main Chemical Components between Early-planting Flue-cured Tobacco and Summer-planting Flue-cured Tobacco in Drainage Area of Longchuan River in Baoshan

In order to explore the quality characteristics of early-planting flue-cured tobacco leaves in drainage area of Longchuan River in Baoshan and provide theoretical basis for their scientific and reasonable use,main chemical components of early-planting flue-cured tobacco leaves of the main cultivars,Hongda,which produced in drainage area of Longchuan River in 2009—2012 were analyzed,and compared with summer-planting flue-cured tobacco which produced in drainage area of Longchuan River in 2006—2011.The results indicated that:(1) The contents of total sugar,reducing sugar and the difference of total sugar and reducing sugar were high,total nitrogen,nicotine,potassium and chlorine were medium in early-planting flue-cured and summer-planting flue-cured tobacco in drainage area of Longchuan River.(2) The contents of total sugar,reducing sugar and the difference of total sugar and reducing sugar of the early-planting flue-cured tobacco higher than summer-planting fluecured tobacco.The contents of total nitrogen,nicotine,chlorine and potassium of early-planting fluecured tobacco lower than summer-planting flue-cured tobacco.(3) The main chemical components of early-planting flue-cured tobacco leaves had no significant differences(P 0.05) except potassium(P 0.05) in different towns.(4) The contents of total sugar,reducing sugar,potassium and the difference of total sugar and reducing sugar of early-planting flue-cured tobacco leaves indicate that: the upper leaves middle leaves lower leaves.The contents of total nitrogen and nicotine of earlyplanting flue-cured tobacco leaves show that: the upper leaves middle leaves lower leaves.(5) In different years,the contents of total sugar,reducing sugar,nicotine and potassium in early-planting flue-cured tobacco leaves had no significant differences.Other main chemical indicators had significant differences.Main chemical components of summer-planting flue-cured tobacco had no significant differences except the difference of total sugar and reducing sugar in different years.Main chemical components of early-planting flue-cured tobacco and summer-planting flue-cured tobacco in drainage area of Longchuan River were harmonious in general,and main chemical components stability in different years and different towns,that is help to make the stable supply of leaf tobacco materials with high quality and good characteristics in drainage area of Longchuan River.
