Abstract

Since the new idea of Building a Socialist Harmonious Society was put forward in the 16th NCCPC, the academia has warmly discussed about it in the meaning of the harmonious society, its background and significance being advanced, the building method, and form an initial ideological system of building a socialist harmonious society. Many scholars have given explanations from different perspectives. The explanations have the important reference for our study and pratice.
