Study on the of Sintering Process for NdFeB Magnet

Abstract

The magnetic properties of the high performance NdFeB magnet are sensitive to its microstructure.In order to obtain the ideal microstructure and high performance,the reasonable sintering temperature and holding time are necessary.In this paper the key steps during sintering of NdFeB magnet are analyzed and the reasonable sintering process is given,which has provided the technical guarantee for the large scale production of NdFeB magnet.
