Abstract
Objective hi order to develop a molluscicide which has a good killing effect on snail, especially, on inhibition of climbing of Oncomelania snail. Methods Experiments of immersed- molluscicide and spray- molluscicide in room to kill snail and inhibition of snail- climbing were conducted in the laboratory to observe the mortality of snail and inhibition of snail crawling with the three Compounds and niclosamide ,respectively, and niclosamide as control group, their compounds were screened. Result The dose of LC90 molluscicide is 0.198 mg/L,0. 175mg/L and 0. 151mg/L when 0.2mg/L niclosamide combined with 0. 1 mg/L Shachongding,4mg/L 83051 and lOmg/L SCS, respectively, which have effects of molluscicide as well as niclosamide's and inhibits 90% snail to climb. Conclusion The screened niclosamide compound regime that is niclosamide with Shachongding can inhibit snail climbing effectively. The compound of 83051 with niclosamide is suitable to be utilized in areas with aquatic products. SCS with niclosamide could reduce the cost of molluscicide.
