The Oevelopment History of Moral Education in Chinese Ancient University

Abstract

The development history of moral education in Chinese ancient universityis mainly discussed in this issue. Firstly, we discuss the contents of it on the base of origin of the ancient university. and concluded that the ancient university is connected with moral education. Secondly, we state the moral education clearly on the base of taking the thoughts of Confucius as the main part of the study. Furthermore, the moral education thoughts of Confucius is the principal axis in our country' s development from Confucius . It penetrates through the development of Chinese university: the past, the present and the future.
