On the Intellectual Property Protection of the Mongolia Medicine

Being the previous experience from the long time practice, the Mongolian medicine is a splendid fraction of Chinese traditional knowledge with nationality features and extraordinary medical function, and has been making huge contribution to the multiplying and development of Chinese people, especially for the Mongolian people. In this paper, the characteristics of Mongolian medicine knowledge are summarized at first, then the problems of the intellectual property protection of Mongolian medicine are analyzed, finally, some suggestions on the protection of Mongolian medicine knowledge are introduced.
