Investigation on the Softening Technology of Steaming Method about Radix Glehniae

Objective:To explore the best processing technology of steaming method to soft Radix Glehniae.Methods:With polysaccharide of Radix Glehniae、Water extract and Alcohol extract as experement index,using orthogonal experiment to study the impact of three key factors the number of washing before steaming(A),steaming time(B) and the method of moistening after steaming(C) on the quality of finished products in the softening technology of steaming method about Radix Glehniae,and optimize the technical parameters about the softening technology of steaming method about Radix Glehniae.Results:Steaming time(B) is the key factor in softening medicine,the order of the impact degree is B A C,but the number of washing before steaming(A) and the method of moistening after steaming(C) had no significant effection on the results.Conclusion:The processing technology of steaming method to soft Radix Glehniae was as follows:Radix Glehniae was briefly washed with ordinary water,steamed 15~20min in steaming container,removed,airing moistening or covered moistening,cut into section and screen out debris,dried in the sun.
