Abstract

It is for the sake of enhancing the level of agricultural mechanization to equip suitale machinery. A mathematical model was developed for land preparation, sowing and harvesting machine for corn mechanization on the basis of technical and economic theory. The main working implement cost and efficiency as well as maximum and minimum scales were analyzed. At the same time, a machinery equipment plan for 100 hectares corn production was put forward to realize no-till seeding. 345 yuan·hm-2in the machine cost could be saved by combined harvesting and straw returning instead of knapsack corn harvester and smashed straw machine, which may reduce the amount of machine unit and increase efficiency.
