Architecture Design about All Software CNC System Based on PC

Abstract

CNC system is a typical real-time control system,and it is a multi-task control system.It is an effective way to realize open CNC system.An all software CNC system was given based on PC,and the structure of the CNC system was designed.The hierarchical structure of Windows operating system was used in the CNC system to realize the functions about real-time control and non real-time control.By the way,the application of Windows operating system in real-time control of CNC system was well solved.So an effective method was given to build the software model.The experimental result shows that the method is effective.
