Talent resource has become the most important capital of enterprises,as they are related to the enterprises' survival and development.Talent flow can bring about the exchange of technology,fund,information and management.However,talent drainage may cause great harm to the enterprises.It is thus very important for enterprises to deal with this issue in practice.
