Abstract
According to the mineral analysis of high silicon low grade zinc oxide ore in Guangxi province,most of zinc exists in matters of zinc silicate and calamine.The ore is treated by oxygen pressure acid leaching and the best technology conditions are obtained by condition experiments,which are particle size is 0.104mm,sulfuric acid concentration is 120 g/L,oxygen pressure is 1.0MPa,leaching time is 90min,reaction temperature is 120℃,ratio of liquid to solid is 3∶1.It can be conclude that under the best technology conditions,the leaching rates of zinc and SiO2 are above 97% and below 0.8% separately,liquid producing rate is over 880L/(m2·h) and the leaching slurry is in good filtration property.
