Dilemma: Conversion of Religion Belief or Transcendence? -Pilot Study in Zhang Chengzhi and Aytematov's Religious Idea and Cultural Function

Aytamatov's influence is one of the reasons why Zhang Chengzhi could feel the national emotion in Xinjiang and extend his spiritual exploration to religious field. Aytamatov twice experienced transcendence of his national Islamic culture and Russian Christian culture and reached the realm to promote the fusion of different religious cultures and unity of world culture. Zhang Chengzhi turned away from Han cultural tradition and converted to Islamism. He talked indistinctly about Zheherenyepai with his rejected Chinese, thus losing his readership.
