Abstract
root tip cells at interphase, prophase, metaphase, anaphase and telophase of mitosis of Allium sativum L. have been isolated respectively and the proteins have been analyzed by combining micromanipulation with micro SDS PAGE and ultrasensitive silver staining. Comparing the protein change during the different phases it was shown that different patterns of cyclic changes occurred in various proteins. Some proteins changed with regularity which could be repeated.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
