Abstract

Based on the summary of competency model in creative industries,the analysis of the status quo and development predicament of the creative talent in Chinese enterprises,the principle enterprises should adhere to in the development of creative talent,this article elaborates the competency model’ s use in talent development process: introduction-training-use-relocation-evaluation-motivation.
