Deficiencies in Civil Retrial System and Countermeasures

Retrial system is one important foundation stone on the road of China's law.With the further deepening of reform and open-up,and establishment and development of market economics system,new situations and issues appear,so regulations concerning retrial system in the code of civil law could not meet the demand of current legal building.As a result,we come to a consensus about the change in civil retrial system.This article points out the deficiencies in China's retrial system from two aspects of legislation and practicality,concrete suggestions on the reform of the guiding thought of lawmaking and the bettered retrial program.
