Abstract
Thi s paper reported the comparative study of X-ray and pathology after brochial perfusion with meglumine diatrizoate colloidel solution and 76 % meglumine diatrizoate,in 40 rabbits and clinical application in 283 patients.The results showed that meglumine diatrizoate colloidel solution possessed the advantages of good bronchographic effect,no damage to the lung,rapid absorption and excretion,and no deposition in the lung.The disadvantages of bronchography with 76% meglumine diatrizoate,such as easy to enter into the pulmonary alveoli and difficult to take bronchial radiography due to its rapid flowing,obvious irritation and liable to cause pulmonary edema,were overcome by the use of meglumine diatrizoate colloidel solution.
