Studies on the concordance of MSCT T staging and pathological T staging in central lung cancer

Abstract

Objective To investigate the concordance of MSCT T staging and pathological T staging in central lung cancer.Methods Aiming to 120 patients of central lung cancer,contrast analysis were applied to compare their MSCT T staging with pathological T staging.Results MSCT T staging and pathological T staging had a good concordance.The coincidence of MSCT staging and pathological TNM staging in T3 and T4 groups were lower than that of T1 and T2 groups(P0.01).Conclusion MSCT T staging is correlated with the surgical-pathological T staging in central lung cancer.It can be applied in clinical diagnosis.
