Abstract

Project Management is an effective management method.By analyzing the shortcoming of traditional management on Broadcast Television project and using JAVA+MYSQL,this paper introduces a new project management system adapting to Broadcast Television project.This system,in fact,combining the old office management system and making effective use of Internet,enforces the management system networking and turns real time monitor and effective management on the Broadcast Television project into reality.
