Abstract
Restriction endonuclease maps of egg drop syndrome virus(EDSV) isolated from the west region of Henan province were made by using four different restriction endonucleases HindⅢ, BanHI, EcoRIand BamHI+EcoRI. It was found that the DNA fragments were 9, 4, 4 and 7, respectively. Compared with NE4, WPDV205, AV 127 and B8/78, There were some differences in restriction maps and fragments. It was proven that different EDSV strain had different DNA types.
