Compounding to the last progress, the location, source and cultivars of resistance-genes of powdery mildew were detailed introduced, and the application of molecular marker on resistance research of wheat powdery mildew was simply presented. At the same time, the prospect of wheat resistance-gene of powdery mildew was discussed.
