Abstract
Objective To discuss the effects of constant loading acute exercise training on the interleukin activity of rats' serum, and to provide experimental basis for the effect of exercise on the immune system.Method 3-month-old SD rats were divided into immediately-after-exercise group,3-hours-after-exercise group,72-hours-after-exercise group and static control group. After a period of constant loading exercise, rats' heads were cut and blood was collected.Interleukin-1,Interleukin-2 and Interleukin-6 were tested and statistically analyzed. Results Compared with the control group,IL-1 of the immediately-after-exercise group rose(P0.01);compared with the immediately-after-exercise group,IL-1 of 3-hours-after-exercise group fell(P0.05),but remained still higher than the control group(P0.05);IL-1 of 72-hours-after-exercise group returned to the level of the control group(P0.05).IL-6 of both the immediately-after-exercise group and the 3-hours-after-exercise group were higher than the control group(P0.01),and IL-6 of the 3-hours-after-exercise group was higher than that of the immediately-after-exercise group(P0.05).IL-6 of the 72-hours-after-exercise group returned to the level of the control group(P0.05).Difference in IL-2 among the groups was not statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion IL-1 and IL 6 are related with constant loading acute exercise, and fall after rises. They do not return to the level of static state in 3 hours after exercise until 72 hours after it.
