Abstract

If the limited liability is the most typical characteristic of the corporation,the voting system is indubitably the second.However,the tools of voting,such as proxy,voting trust and voting agreement,are something different from the basic principles of the voting system.In the essay,the problem will expatiate from the written form,registration and exposure and it will give us a totally new perspective to learn the tendency in corporate legislation.
