Discussion on the Job of Utilization of Archives in the Institutions of Higher Learning

This paper is to introduce the job of utilization of archives which is the fundamental goal of archives job in the institutions of higher learning, which is the scale to measure the level of the archives job, and which is the key link of the archives job. Job of utilization can check and push the work of collection, arrangement, appraisal, storage and other procedures of archives jobs. We should fully recognize the major problems existing in the present job of utilization of archives in colleges, strengthen all-members' archival consciousness, develop archival stuff's subjective initiative, and carry out editing and searching from various channels and more ways in order to meet the demand for searching archives from multi-aspect in current information society.
