Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the reflux esophagitis and the correlation of helicobacter pylori infection. Methods Collected in recent years in a hospital for treatment of patients with reflux esophagitis clinical data, extract 90 cases in this study(study group), and contemporaneous records of 90 cases of chronic superficial gastritis patients in the control group, compared two groups of patients with Helicobacter pylori-positive rate, analyzing esophageal inflammatory reactions and the relationship between the infection of Helicobacter pylori. Results Through analysis, research Helicobacter pylori infection rate was 44.4%, the infection rate of 66.7% in the control group, a statistically significant difference between the groups(P 0.05).Study group patients with Helicobacter pylori-negative incidence of moderate to severe reflux esophagitis Helicobacter pylori-positive patients, but they saved the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion In patients with reflux esophagitis Helicobacter pylori infection rate is lower, inflammatory reaction in patients with Helicobacter pylori-positive is relatively low, and analysis for pathogenesis of reflux esophagitis with Helicobacter pylori has a protective effect.
