Abstract

At present phenomenon of poverty in personality exists among adults in our country,while the traditional thought and political work to adults at colleages neglects personality education.This paper suggests that adult colleges should set up the idea of personality education,improve the method,innovate in the content,optimize the environment,penetrate psychological healthy education,so as to promote the adult college students perfect personality's formation.
