Abstract

To appropriately process Liaohe low-quality CGO derived from Lioahe ultra-viscous crude oil, pilot plant experiments of the integrated solvent extraction and fluid catalytic cracking have been performed. The results indicate that 85%of nitrogen,16%of sulfur, and 39%of polycyclic aromatics, gum and asphaltene can be removed at 70%of refined oil yield, which can provide FCC units with good quality feedstock. The conversion of coker gas oil in FCCU is increased by 88%after solvent refining. The FCC reactivity of refined oil is superior to that of the feedstock of Liaohe RFCC unit.Blending the refined oil into RFCC feedstock will increase light oil yield, reduce coke make and improve product quality.
