Research on Enterprise Innovation Performance Based on Innovation Driven Development Strategy

On the basis of characteristics and contents of innovation driven development strategy,this paper analyses deeply the improvement of innovation performance on the institutional level and micro level. The author believes the low performance of enterprise innovation is the key factors restricting innovation driven transformation. Institutional arrangements to promote enterprise innovation performance mainly include the establishment of open,fair competition in the market environment,support the innovation of financial system,strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights,the driving force of enterprise culture innovation; the micro level to promote enterprise innovation performance is mainly the construction of enabling management control system suitable for the characteristics of innovation activities,in order to protect the innovative thinking into real productivity,thereby truly create value for the enterprise.
