Abstract

Vernacular Landscape is the reflection of regional feature and local culture.With an example of the development project Huangpu ancient village,the thesis discusses how to design the landscape of regional culture by analyzing theories and examples.Vernacular landscape elements recover the traditional history and culture scene.With the expression of the local style,Feng Shui,local customs,native elegance,local situation,and etc,it can create the authentic ancient village landscape.
