Abstract

The difference of FDI in time and space brings great challenges to western investment theory, which neglects the situation and service of host countries. Through the study of the factors being neglected in the FDI theory, the author put forward a viewpoint that the soft environment, system and policy of host countries decide the feature of foreign investment.
