Consideration of Equality between Men and Women from Feminist Viewpoint

The core of sexist equality is the equality of basic rights between men and women.Equality between men and women should not only stress equality rights but also concern the realization of women's freedom.It means sexist equality requires the essential restriction of freedom.Equality between men and women in fact is gender justice which is a unity made up of equality and inequality.On the one hand,equality between men and women confirms rights equality on gender identity;on the other hand,it also considers the differences on equality of assignment result.It is a real gender justice which ensures women's rights by equality of outcome and makes up for the lost equality as women are in the inferior position in order to make sure women could obtain equal opportunities of development like men.Gender justice founded on basic right equality contains both opportunity equality and result equality and unity of freedom and equality.
