A study on the operative procedures for low perianal abscess

Abstract

Objective To explore the surgical procedure in complex high perianal abscess.Methods From January 2003～May 2007,200 patients were admitted to our hospital.Low cut,high drainage of the surgical treatment of high perianal abscess was employed on them.The outcome was observed. Results 200 patients were cured,5 to 17 days of hospitalization,an average of 11.5 days.No postoperative wound bleeding,incontinence,and anal stricture scar complications.Conclusion The surgical method can avoid the staging surgery prolonged and the effect of surgery is good.The method is worthy to be popularized.
