Abstract
To step up socialist spiritual civilization building is the basic way to protect environment and promote sustainable development.We not only should learn the important role that the spiritual civilization plays in protecting environment and strive for realization of social civilization but also should develop such ideas of building spiritual civilization as laying stress on the morality building.
