Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of 3D-CT-guided percutaneous puncture of oval foramen and radiofrequency thermocoagulation. Methods Forty patients suffered trigeminal neuralgia were selected and treated with Hartel's technique.Puncture was stopped when transfixion pin reached the oval foramen or touched the frame or the depth of punctuuration reached 6-7 cm,and then CT scanning,three-dimensional reconstruction and 3D-CT-guided percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation were performed in sequence. Results All punctures were successfully performed, the pain relief rate of patients gradually increased, and no serious complications occurred. Conclusion 3D-CT-guided percutaneous puncture procedure of oval foramen combined with electric stimulation can effectively improve the effect of treatment.
