On the infringement of intellectual property rights and the liability principles

Abstract

The infringement or violation of intellectual property rights (IPR) and liability principles have remained a dispute in both theory and practice, and they have been a hot issue in the legal circle. Despite the heated discussions, there is no final conclusion. After a general survey, we find out that this is due to the misunderstandings of the basic conception. Hence, this essay is intended to clarify the basic concepts of IPR, in addition to its violation and liability principles.
