Abstract
The dissemination of Marxism-Leninism at initial stage in China has been a research focus in domestic academic circle. It has also received much attention from overseas researchers on Chinese modern history. Three points have arisen from the retrospective study of this field. First, the dissemination of Marxism-Leninism is an inevitable result of saving China from extinction in a rational world in modern history. Second, the first group of Marxists adopts critically various schools of thought and uses the most advanced thinking as an ideological weapon to reform China. Third, it has been proved in history that the substantial change in ideology will lead to the change of the world.
