Abstract

The quantitative analysis of 31 major,minor and trace elements in soil samples were performed using inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) with Na2O2 fusion sample pretreatment.The sample fusion and instrument operation parameters were studied and optimized.The reliability of the method has been tested by determination of these elements in soil National Standard Reference samples and the results are in agreement with certified values with the precision of less than 6.0%RSD(n=11).
