Abstract
In order to solve problem of high COD concentration and difficult degradation of operation wastewater in oil field, the effect of initial concentration and pH of operation wastewater as well as O3 input dosage and contacting time of ozone oxidation on removal efficiency of COD were investigated. Results showed that wastewater concentration, pH and O3 dosage had an obvious effect on COD removal efficiency by ozone oxidation treatment. Removal efficiency of COD could be decreased to 69.1% when COD, pH and O3 dosage of wastewater was 1064.0mg/L, 3.0 and 10g/L respectively. Removal efficiency by ozonation treatment for low concentration wastewater was less than that at high concentration.
