Research And Progress of Community Health Services on Health Management With Chronic Non-Communicable Disease

Chronic non-communicable disease (short for chronic disease) has become a major disease posing a threat to the health of the community residents, the health management is an effective means to prevent and treat the chronic diseases. Through the implementation of health management services and technology, community health service will help to change the inappropriate life-style of the patients and make them adopt scientific diet and appropriate exercises; and it will eliminate the patients’ health risk factors so as to attain early cure and prevention of the diseases and postpone the advent of the complications of the patients as well.
