Quantitive Research of Chronic Functional Constipation Diagnosis

Abstract

Objective:The aim of this research was to quantificat the diagnostic criteria of chronic functional constipation.Method:On the base of literature research,we made constipation.scale.We used ROC analysis to determine the diagnostic criteria of constipation.Result:By analyzing 366 patients and 200 normal persons,we found the testing threshold of constipation in our scale is 11.Conclusion:We preliminary determined the quantification diagnostic criteria of chronic functional constipation symptoms.This study can be the reference of quick diagnosis and screening.It can also be the reference of clinical diagnosis and.therapeutic evaluation.
