Abstract
This paper fully automated unmanned an enterprise to upgrade production lines to improve the background,presented to PLC Ethernet technology-based product line process control system design and implementation.The system uses the serial port server serial port RS-232 signals to transform into the TCP / IP protocol based on the network signal,as in the PLC Ethernet in access become possible.Moreover,the system also uses a modular and hierarchical design method to fully use the advantages of Ethernet to complete the network interactions and real-time data collection.
