Toxicities and Field Trial of Several Important Insecticides to Bemisia tabaci in Cotton Field

Abstract

The toxic experiment results showed that the toxicity order of 6 pesticides to the adults of B.tabaci was:The comparative experiment of the toxicites to Bemisia tabaci and field trial of 6 insecticides were carried out,the experiment result demonstrated that the sequence of the toxicites of 6 presticite after test to Bemisia tabaci were as follows:admirefipronilactaraacetamipridimidaclopridpyrethrins.These six insecticide all had some effects on killing the adults of B.tabaci,admire shows the highest toxicity.The toxicity orders of 6 pesticides to 3~4 instar nymphs of B.tabaci were actaraadmireacetamipridfipronilimidaclopridpyrethrin and actara shows the best toxicity.In a few words,admire shows higher toxicity both to adults and to instar nymphs.The field trial show the controlling effects of admire,imidacloprid,fipronil is the best and over 80%,the endurance of pyrethrins is the longest.
