Abstract
To explore the compliance between sputum smear and bacterial culture results,1780 samples from the second hospital of Zhuzhou were tested using sputum smear and bacterial culture methods. The results showed that 445 sputum specimens of 101 cases are ideal samples, account for 22.7%;there are 524 acceptable specimens in group B,account for 29.5%;852 samples are non-acceptable specimens in group C,account for 47.8 %.The coincidence rates between sputum smear and bacterial culture results in group A,B and C are 67.8%,65.6% and 49.1%,respectively,but the coincidence rate of group A and B is higher than that of group C.
