Abstract
Using the traditional cam controller, relay and contactor control, the original hoist exchange control system is running in high power consumption, high noise, poor safety performance and frequent maintenance. In order to ensure this system in safety, stability and high efficiency, the Swedish ABB's ACS800 DTC (Direct Torque Control) inverter is to replace the traditional analog electronic control system, combined with Siemens S7-300 PLC (programmable logic-controller) as the system logic control. And thus the system realizes the working semi-automation, increases the productivity and achieves the energy-saving economic operation.
