Scientific Research on Beneficiation for Low Dilution Hematite in Hebei

Through a large amount of beneficiation test for a certain hematite in Hebei,the course, stage grinding—low magnetic separation—high magnetic separation—counter flotation,is taken as the beneficiation fiowsheet.The test results indicate that all iron grade is 21.90% in raw ore,the fineness with 200 mesh is 67.54% in the primary grinding ore and the fineness with 200 mesh is 97.70% in secondary grinding ore.In the situation of best magnetic separation and counter flotation, the better separation indexes is up to 65.08% iron preparation concentrate grade and 63.17% present recovery.
