Abstract

Turner's syndrome(TS)is a relatively common chromosomal disorder, caused by complete or partial X monosomy in some or all cells, with or without cell line mosaicism.Short stature and gonadal dysgenesis are two major characteristic clinical features of this syndrome.A multidisciplinary approach to treatment,i.e:GH therapy in childhood, estrogen for inducing development in puberty,HRT in adult women with TS is important to improve the quality of life in girls and women with TS.Artificial fertilization can be used for patients with TS who do not have functional ovaries.
