Interest Balance: Basic Foundation of Harmonious Society

Interest can lead to multi-structure on the foundation of polarization. Stability of multi-structure lies in equal distribution in allocating right and interest resources. The key to keep interest balance is to keep right and interest balance, particularly between strong group and weak group of society. To form mechanism of keeping right and interest balance, we must set up expression mechanism, organization mechanism and institutional mechanism of governments in easing interest conflicts.
