Abstract
This study showed that the budding process of the fruiting body requires a strict environment with temperature from 14°C to 20°C,humidity 80%~90%,light around 1 000 lx.Various materials can be used to isolate Armillaria mellea, such as rhizomorph, parent tuber, immature tuber and the fruiting body of Armillaria mellea. However, spore separation from the fruiting body of Armillaria mellea gave the best results with stronger mycelium, rhizomorph, higher viability.Moreover,5 formulas were presented here to produce growing strains and original strains of Armillaria mellea, among which formula 1 and formula 2 were the optimal media. The best water percentage was 65% to 70%.
